Really Good Banana Bundt Cake

Preheat oven to 350 F (325F convect bake)

Butter and flour BUNDT PAN

Sift together:

3 cups flour

2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

Beat till light and fluffy:

8 oz butter (room temperature)

2 cups sugar

Add to butter/sugar mixture:

2 eggs

1 cup yogurt

4 ripe and well-mashed bananas

2 tsp vanilla extract

Add flour mixture and fold in gently.

Optionally: add ¾ cup (112g) chopped bittersweet chocolate and/or ¾ cup (86g) chopped walnuts.

Bake for 50 - 55 minutes.
