1 clove garlic
6-7 crimini mushrooms
3 kale leaves, washed and chopped
Chopped, leftover meat, such as pork or rotisserie chicken
2 tsp lemon juice
Bring water to a boil and throw in the spaghetti, set the timer for 10 minutes.
On medium heat fry the garlic in oil, add the sliced mushrooms and chilli flakes. Once the mushrooms lose their raw look add the chopped meat and reduce the heat.
When the timer goes off throw the chopped kale into the pan, up the heat a little, add the lemon juice and a little extra olive oil. Set the timer for 2 minutes.
When the timer goes off again, drain the spaghetti, and throw it into the pan with the kale, mushrooms and meat, add some more olive oil. Mix and serve.
