Stacey's Stir-Fried Pork and Bean curd

Very finely sliced pork, toss with corn starch and salt. Stir fry till cooked through.

Take out of wok, put in very finely sliced bean curd and stirfry that.

Add thinly sliced lengths of green onions and ginger, and some broth. Serve over noodles.
