Singapore Teriyaki Chicken

1 cup teriyaki sauce,

3 tablespoons oyster sauce

1/2 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons soya sauce

pepper (up to you)

2 tablespoons sesame seed oil

4 tablespoons curry powder (optional but I used it)

2 teaspoons chili powder (more if desired and also optional but I used it)

1 cup chopped onions

 

Wash and pat dry chicken parts.

 

Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

 

Add chicken and marinate for 1 hour minimum.

 

Barbecue or broil for 15 minutes on each side.

 

Makes enough marinade for 15-20 pieces of chicken.
